Sims 1 Cheat Codes

This list is not at all exhaustive; just a few of the most useful.

General Instructions

In order to access the prompt to enter any of the following codes: Press Cntr+Shift+C.
Press enter after typing in your code to activate it and get rid of the cheat prompt.

Codes and Effects

• "rosebud" - Gives your sims household 1000 simoleons. Use ;! after Rosebud to add an additional 1000. i.e. rosebud;!;!;!;! would add 5000 to your funds. (If you happened to have a very old unpatched version of the original sims game - use klapaucius instead of rosebud.
• "move_objects on" - Allows you to move or delete anything on the lot. WARNING: You can move or delete the mailbox but it can cause pathing issues.
• "move_objects off" - Turns off the ability to accidently delete or move something important.
• "grow_grass [0-150]" - make the grass grow
• "interests" - displays the interests of the sim
• "draw_routes on" - shows the selected sims route
• "draw_routes off" - hides the routes again
