Sims 2 Cheat Codes

This list is not at all exhaustive; use the last cheat code on this page in game to see them all.

General Instructions

In order to access the prompt to enter any of the following codes: Press Cntr+Shift+C.
Press enter after typing in your code to activate it and get rid of the cheat prompt. To just get rid of the cheat prompt without entering a code type "exit" and press enter.

Codes and Effects

• "kaching" - Gives your sim family 1000§
• "motherlode" - Gives your sim family 50000§
• "aging (on/off)" - Turns on and off sims aging
• "moveobjects (on/off)" - Turns on and off the constraints put on what objects can be moved and where they can be placed
• "RoofSlopeAngle (15-75)" -Makes flatter (15) to taller (75) roofs. Any number between 15 and 75 may be entered.
"boolprop constrainFloorElevation (false/true)" - Eliminates (or reinstates) the restrictions on ground elevation on walls, foundations and some stairs. Makes more interesting buildings.
• "boolprop ShowLotPackageFilename (true/false)" - Shows info for the lot package.
• "help-all" - Lists all cheats
